ANOTHER MONTH GONE

Dear Family,
How is everyone doing? Well, this week another month passed by in my mission. The time is running out too fast. I think I will ask for a year extension here in Honduras. Thank you so very much for all the letters. Well, this week flew by again. We were traveling once again. We went to La Cieba for a multi-zone conference and for interviews. The conference was amazing. President Ochoa is awesome. He will be an apostle some day. He speaks with so much power, it just makes your whole body start to tingle. He shared some really powerful stories with us, and invited us all to get on our knees again and ask the Lord if the Book of Mormon is true, and ask for another powerful answer from God. As he was inviting us, I felt such a great feeling inside, the Spirit was so strong. After the conference, we had our interviews. I had a good spiritual interview with Prez Ochoa. The Lord is happy right now with the work we are doing. I know that because Prez. Ochoa's happy. When he's happy, the Lord is happy. We just need to keep humbling ourselves before the Lord, staying obedient, and keep making small sacrifices. Then we will be able to keep watching more people and families walk into the waters of baptism. Right now, our Zone has a goal of 47 baptisms for the month of January. We have baptized 27 so far, and have over 20 really good possibilities for this upcoming and last week of January. So, right now we have some really good families we are working with. We have two families called the Familia Reyes. We are trying to get them married this weekend, so they can get baptized on Saturday. We also have a family called the Familia Soza, who we plan on marrying the next weekend. I am going to have to send her down in a taxi to San Pedro to  get her birth certificate. So I might have to take some money out of my account for that.  We also have a couple of other families that we are working with that we found this past week. Please pray for my investigators, they need some prayers right now. Well I have to get running. My time is running out. Thanks again for everything. I appreciate all your prayers. Have a great week. ANSWERS TO ???S

Dear Dad, How are you? This email is just to answer some of your questions. So Chris is going to be down here on Monday. I don’t think anybody I know here in my area would be able to get him from the airport. Nobody has a car and the ones that do have a car are working during the daytime. So I don’t know what he can do. And as for working with me on Monday and Tuesday, that would be awesome. Only Monday we don’t go out and work until 6:00. So maybe he would want to meet up with us Tuesday. I am going to see if it is okay with President. But where is he going to sleep? He won’t be able to sleep in our house. Is he going to rent a car?   What are his plans? We have interviews with President on Wednesday… I will talk to prez. Yes Brother Butts is back in Honduras now. You can call him. Lee Family, How is everyone doing? Well, I will have a little more time to write today since there was only Dad's letter waiting for me. So, how did the Oregon Coast treat you guys? I can't believe a year has past since I graduated. That was one of the fastest years ever. The time is flying by so fast. This past week has been kind of weird seeing everyone saying goodbye to Elder Khan, and seeing him prepare to go back home. I don't want those days to come too soon for me. My Comp is a little nervous about going back home. He says he wouldn't mind another month in the mission with me in this area. These last couple of days he has been kind of baggie and has been talking about home a lot. Last night we were up late talking. Tuesday night we are going to be eating like crazy. Everybody wants to feed us their best baleadas and food right before Elder Khan leaves, so food-wise we have been doing alright lately.   1.   My new Comp with a nice little sunset 2.  This is my area. To the left (you can't see the house) is the Familia Martinez.  They are the ones who have been attending Church for three months.  They finally decided this week to get married. 3.  Here I am in my new area. We are dumping out Gieovanni´s coffee.   He his going to get married and baptized this upcoming weekend. 4.  My new Comp and Me today on some little bridge nearby our area.  5.  This is the couple we married Friday.  She speaks a little English. She is part black.  There are a lot of black people here. They are Garifunas. I don't know what it is, but a ton of little black kids here have hair that is sun bleached. It's very interesting.  I am thin ki ng my hair will get really white here. 6.  The Zona Celestial.
