FROM HONDURAS

Dearest Family,
Well, just to let some people know that have written me, I can only send direct emails to my family, but I can receive letters and pictures from anyone around the world that has the desire to email me..family or friends. But to be able to write you, I need a mailing address. Well, this last week was great. We had another baptism here in my area. Kenia Garcia got baptized. She is a single mom that is 30-years-old. We have been working with her ever since I got here to San Pedro. She is very special and really humble. She has had some some problems and some challenges, but everything has worked out great in these last couple of weeks. This last week was a little crazy. We had a lot of meetings. We had a Multi-Zone Conference here in San Pedro on Tuesday. It was a little sad. This was our last Multi-Zone Conference with President Ochoa. He is going home on the 20th of June. We will be receiving a new Mission President on that date also. At the beginning of my mission, I thought it was going to be pretty cool to have 2 mission presidents. Now I don't want President Ochoa to leave. I wish you could all meet him. He is a really special man. This Wednesday will be my last interview with him. This last week, I did a lot of divisions with Elders in the Zone. I had some really good experiences. Well to answer some of your questions. I am living here in a neighborhood called La Aurora. Maybe on a webcam you can look it up. It is right below the huge Catholic Cathedral here in the central part of San Pedro. My Zone is all around here. This area is the second smallest in the mission. I am already starting to see the same people two times. It is so awesome. I actually really love this area, and the members here. This last Sunday, we had a special meeting in the ward with the Stake President (who lives in my area) with all the return missionaries to get the missionary spirit going again. President had me share my experiences that I had in Colon and how just in one month the whole zone changed and baptized 55. I loved Colon. Anyways, there is a lot of work to do and I need to go eat because I am super hungry. Oh, and today I took out 1000 lempiras because my companion and I both have no money. And we have to take buses to meetings and I needed to buy some food and use the internet. Thank you all for the letters...keep them coming. I hope you all enjoy your week. Love you all. Love, Elder Lee
